International Yoga Day is celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being among students and staff. Yoga sessions are conducted by trained instructors, where students learn various asanas, breathing techniques, and the importance of mindfulness.
The event begins with a peaceful group meditation followed by a series of yoga exercises aimed at improving flexibility, concentration, and overall health. Through this celebration, students are encouraged to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine for a balanced and stress-free life.
Yoga Day reinforces the message of unity, inner peace, and the holistic development of young minds.
Swaminarayan Sanskar Pith International Senior Secondary School (SSPIS) will work with the Aim of providing opportunities of education of international standards to the students irrespective of their caste, creed and religion and thereby turn out students who are global citizens of tomorrow who will not think for the self but for the rest of the globe.
